War Cookery Leaflet No.11 (March 1944).

Not one of the usual recipe pages. This page has been made possible by Dave, MW0MWL, who passed this on to me for inclusion on the site, thanks Dave.

It is certainly interesting reading and gives an insight to what had to be done in war time to eke out food reserves. This leaflet is about dried eggs and how to use them with recipe suggestions. If anyone has more of these leaflets I will be glad to give them the same treatment

The images have been scanned at high resolution and larger than original size for clarity. They are wider than the smallest screen that I usually make the site for, so some sideways scrolling will be necessary on smaller (800×600) screens.
