Deep SPAM® pizza.

INGREDIENTS
- 340g can of SPAM®, quartered and sliced
- 2×25cm (10in) Ready made deep pan pizza base
- 150ml/¼ pt Jar tomato and herb pasta sauce
- 100g/4oz Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 Green pepper, deseeded and sliced
- 150g/5oz Mushrooms, sliced
- 10-12 Black olives (optional)
- Pinch of dried mixed herbs
- Salt and ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 220 C / 425 F / GasMark 7.
- Place each pizza base on a baking sheet. Spoon over the tomato sauce and spread to the edges of each base with a spoon.
- Scatter over the SPAM®, cheese, green pepper, mushrooms, olives, herbs and black pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately.
