
Boil the kettle and add the water to a pan over sufficent heat to keep it simmering.
Place some cling film over a small bowl, ramekin or even a coffee mug would do.
Create a well in the cling film and crack the egg into it.
Gather the cling film together and twist it at the top so it's water tight.

Place the cling film parcel in the water and boil for a few minutes until the egg white becomes solid but the inside is still runny.
If you like you eggs cooked through then leave a little longer.
