Site Questions Pages.

I've looked at other HAM sites and there's so much more on
the Highfields site, not just loads of links. Why?

Firstly, thank you for your kind comment!

The Highfields ARC site is not just a list of links, and never will be while I'm in charge of it! Such sites can be useful but the links tend to "die" and that takes a lot of effort to keep on top of (and most such sites fail to stay up to date), I know this from the links that we do have.

I feel that a web site should have content. That is views, articles, news and other interesting or fun items. The reason there is so much is people ask for things, submit things (more please everyone!) and offer ideas as to what would be good to add. The fact that I have way too much time on my hands and like to keep busy (and not being able to do the things that "normal" people do, due to my disability) I've tended to throw myself at the site with a vengence!

As the ideas etc keep coming the site will continue to grow (I wonder who'll offer their services to run the site next year? Answers on a postcard, as they say!).
