Why do you have details for so many batteries?
It was suggested by a member that a battery equivalents table might be a good idea as there are so many batteries that are the same but labelled differently. I felt that as some batteries are so similar in size, hard or impossible to find, called the same as another (totally different) battery etc, that a details page for each battery would be a welcome addition for checking the right battery is selected. The details pages also give me somewhere to add any useful information, like how to replace that obsolete battery with one that is readily available with some modification.
At first I thought "Well how hard can it be?" Now I know how hard it is, with some lists having incomplete data, typographical errors, etc it has now become "Where do I stop?" I think that this will be an on going project for a while.
I do believe that it is a useful resource and judging by the amount of "hits" that section gets then hundreds of people around the world agree. (yes hundreds!, in just 3 weeks the Battery Equivalents page has become the most visited page on the site, more hits per week than even the Home page!)
