Well what can I say? Those of you that heard me on the 10 PM net on GB3BC on Wednesday 29 November 2007 and didn't believe that I had seen a car transporter with the top row of cars the right way up and the next row upside-down on the BOTTOM of the top deck, here are the pictures to prove it! (No I hadn't dreamt it and No I hadn't been drinking!)

As I was curious I managed to find a press release and some photos on the web:
Upside-down Subaru Imprezas have traditionally been the preserve of over-zealous chav racers or unfortunate ditch-bound farmers.
But, as part of a promotional campaign for the all-new Impreza hatch, Subaru has unveiled a transporter which carries three of the hatchbacks the wrong way up, in a crazy 'mirror image David Copperfield type' stunt.
Called the Subaglue transporter, the inverted cars aim to highlight the Impreza's symmetrical all-wheel drive, rather than potential for messy ditch-inspired flippage.
The specially prepared car transporter will tour England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland for almost eight weeks starting on 1 October 2007.

I may not be a fan of the Impreza but this truck certainly had me doing a U furn to have another look (it was parked, I was moving), because as I passed it my eyes told my brain that the bottom row were inverted but my brain denied it!
